On December 25th, Yemeni student Hansen and his friends from Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College of Industry and Commerce visited Jinghuayuan Community in Duantang Street, Haishu District. Under the guidance of resident Yu Qiuxia, they experienced the process of making and cooking salted eel, and felt the essential "appetizer" on the table of Ningbo people during the Chinese New Year. Encouraged by Yu Qiuxia, Hansen and his friends personally went on stage to experience the process of fish cutting and salt sprinkling, and posed in cool poses in front of their friends' cameras, recording this unforgettable moment.

Hansen said that this experience not only taught him the skills of making salted eel, but also made him deeply feel the unique charm of Chinese New Year and the hospitality of the people of Ningbo.
