Private Education

The private education realized sound and standard development. There are 837 private primary and secondary schools (kindergartens) in Ningbo with 258000 students. Among them, there are 30 general high schools, 3 vocational high schools, 30 junior high schools, 49 primary schools and 725 kindergartens. In 2018, Ningbo enacted the Examination, &Approval and Management Procedures for Private Training Institutions, which takes lead among other cities of the same level in China.
